- PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, dimensions, and other details as accurately as possible.
However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, materials, printing process, manufacturing process, or other factors.
Because many of our products are handmade, customized, printed, engraved, embroidered, or otherwise personalized, minor variations may occur between the product displayed online and the finished product.
These minor variations are not necessarily considered defects.
- CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, wording, spelling, colors, sizes, images, logos, and other customization information submitted with an order.
Once production has started, custom or personalized orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.
If we provide a digital proof for approval, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof before approving it.
Once a customer approves a proof, the customer accepts responsibility for errors that appeared in the approved proof, including spelling, punctuation, placement, sizing, and other design details.
If we make an error that was not present in the customer’s approved design or instructions, please contact us so we can review the issue.
- CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED IMAGES, LOGOS & DESIGNS
By submitting photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, names, text, graphics, or other content to us, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary rights and permission to use it and authorize us to reproduce it for your order.
You agree not to submit content that violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for content you provide.
We may refuse to produce content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates our policies.
- PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed and confirmed at checkout, except where there is an obvious pricing, technical, or typographical error.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization charges, rush fees, or other costs will be displayed when applicable.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
- ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

- ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered production.
Because customized products are created specifically for the customer, orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation or refund except where required by law or where the product is defective or we made an error.
- PROCESSING TIMES
Processing and production times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Custom products may require additional production time.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
High order volume, supply shortages, equipment issues, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect estimated completion and delivery dates.
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Customers should promptly contact us regarding packages that arrive damaged, contain incorrect products, or appear to have been lost during shipment so that we can determine the appropriate next steps.
Any claims involving shipping carriers may be subject to the carrier’s policies.
- RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our posted Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Because personalized and custom-made products are produced specifically for each customer, they may not be eligible for return or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind, ordered the wrong size, submitted incorrect customization information, or approved an incorrect proof.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us within [number of days] days of delivery.

- BULK & WHOLESALE ORDERS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production will not begin until required payment and design approval have been received.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any separate permission or release provided by the customer will govern that use.
- PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services to engage in fraud, violate applicable laws, interfere with website security, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in other unlawful activity.
We may restrict access to our services when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, website, or legal rights.
