Custom & Personalized Products
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, all sales of customized or personalized items are final once production has begun.
Custom items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:
- Incorrect names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, images, or other information submitted by the customer.
- A change of mind after the order has entered production.
- Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, or appearance that may occur during the customization or production process.
- Differences between colors displayed on a phone, computer, or other screen and the finished physical product.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, spelling, images, sizes, colors, quantities, and customization details before submitting an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of any damaged packaging, when applicable
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Non-Custom Products
Unused and non-personalized products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging, when applicable
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production begins.
Once a customized or personalized order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Because we may begin processing custom orders shortly after they are placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Proof Approval
When a design proof is provided for approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing all details before approving it.
Once a proof has been approved and production begins, changes, cancellations, refunds, or replacements will generally not be available for issues that were visible in the approved proof.
If we make an error that differs from the approved design, please contact us so we can correct the issue.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a package is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and contact us so we can assist where reasonably possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once a refund is processed, the amount of time required for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
